Biden administration names overseers for $52 billion in chip spending

The White Home and Commerce Division on Tuesday introduced the staff that may oversee the doling out of $52 billion in federal subsidies for the semiconductor trade, pledging strict oversight to “responsibly spend taxpayer dollars.”
