The San Francisco Giants have signed longtime reliever Sergio Romo, who will retire as a member of the workforce on the finish of spring coaching.

Romo signed a minor league contract with an invitation to main league spring coaching. He’ll retire March 27 in the course of the Giants’ last spring coaching sport towards the Oakland Athletics.
